* Maintain documentation for audits, vendor compliance, system configuration, and access permissions.
Project & Change Management
* Plan and manage technology projects (system upgrades/migrations, web portal launches, automation initiatives), including timelines, stakeholder communication, testing, training, and go-live support.
* Document configuration changes, system modifications, and new workflows; ensure version control, rollback procedures, and user documentation.
* Provide or coordinate training for financial aid staff on new systems, tools, web applications, and processes, update documentation and user guides accordingly.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration

Required Qualifications:

* Proven experience supporting financial aid systems and technology, including experience with FAIS or similar platforms.
* Strong knowledge of data management, system integration, and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with federal and state financial aid regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., Title IV, FAFSA).
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to financial aid systems.
* Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to effectively work with cross functional teams and end-users.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Remote - Family Nurse Practitioner Track Coordinator

This is a fully remote full-time (9-month) ranked faculty position in the Husson University School of Nursing as a MSN faculty member and FNP track coordinator. A stipend will be given for coordination for the summer semester to provide consistent track supervision. The faculty member will have administrative oversight of the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track within the MSN Program. The FNP Track Coordinator collaborates with the MSN Director, Chief Nurse Administrator, faculty, preceptors, other MSN track coordinators, the online Division, and the graduate clinical coordinator to ensure academic and nurse practitioner practice standards are maintained within the track. Participation in program accreditation evaluation processes and program activities such as graduation and pinning ceremonies may require the track coordinator to come to campus. The primary responsibilities of this position include teaching and developing online courses within the FNP track and MSN core curriculum, as well as fulfilling faculty expectations for participation in departmental service and appropriate scholarship
Examples of Duties
Teaching:
Teaching responsibility of 15 credit hours per academic year within the nurse practitioner area of specialty. A course release of one course will be given to allow time for track supervision.
Coordination:
* Ensure that the FNP track aligns with academic and clinical practice in the given area.
* Provide consultation and oversight of the delivery of the prescribed curriculum for all faculty teaching in the track.
* Assist the faculty with student issues/concerns that may occur related to student performance in the track specialty.
* Work with the MSN Director to revise and deliver the curriculum, make practice recommendation and remain up-to-date with track standards and credentialing.
* Work with the clinical coordinator to ensure that clinical sites meet the program objectives and assist with hiring of adjunct faculty.

Scholarship and Professional Activity:
All nursing faculty are expected to maintain currency within their professional areas of expertise and to participate in scholarly activities as defined by the Faculty Handbook. Up to one day per work week may be negotiated for professional consultation, research, or clinical practice to maintain active nurse practitioner licensure.
Service:
All nursing faculty members are expected to actively participate in MSN program and school meetings, development days, and activities. Service on School, College, and/or University committees as appointed by the Dean of the College.
Student Advising:
All nursing faculty maintain student office hours and advise nursing students each year, as assigned, following the policies and procedures documented in the Husson Faculty Advising Manual.
Other expectations:

Act as a first responder in emergencies and serves as Campus Security Authority as outlined by the Clery Act.
Qualifications: High School diploma / Associates degree / Previous security / Law Enforcement / Military experience. Current OPTA 20hr Private Security Firearms Certificate or the ability to obtain within 6 months of initial hire date. Be proactive, have excellent customer service skills, and a strong human relations skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse university population, and team oriented.

POSITION SUMMARY
Ohio Christian University is seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to join the Traditional Admissions team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Traditional Admissions, the Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruiting high school students into the University's Traditional undergraduate programs. This counselor will manage a designated geographic territory and work proactively to build strong relationships with high school students, families, counselors, and church leaders.
This role requires energy, initiative, and a student-centered approach to guiding first-time college applicants through the admissions process. The counselor will represent OCU at high school visits, college fairs, youth events, and on-campus events. Evening and weekend hours will be required during peak recruitment seasons, and a university vehicle will be provided for travel-related duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective first year (freshmen) students within an assigned geographic region
* Build strong relationships with high school students, families, guidance counselors, and church leaders to increase awareness of OCU's programs and Christ-centered mission
* Represent OCU at high schools, college fairs, church events, and youth gatherings to generate interest and applications from high school juniors and seniors
* Communicate effectively and regularly with prospective freshmen and their parents via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings
* Plan and conduct engaging on-campus visit experiences for high school students and their families, including personal meetings and group presentations
* Guide students through each stage of the freshman admissions process: inquiry, application, document submission, acceptance, and enrollment
* Collaborate with Financial Aid and Registrar teams to assist students in understanding award letters, completing next steps, and registering for classes
* Participate in all major freshman-focused recruitment events (Preview Days, Scholars Day, campus tours, registration days, etc.)

* Oversee production and editing of game programs and schedule cards for all sports.
* Oversee all team and individual photo sessions as well as maintain digital photo
archives. SID office has a digital camera to use for basic photos, recruit signings, etc.

etc.
* Oversee publicity on social media which includes OCU's sports information text

media for all Trailblazer varsity teams and student-athletes.
* Contact person for providing information of all video streamed events.
* Oversee select staffing for all home athletic contests including, but not limited to, public

The Conference Services Event Coordinator will assist the Director of Conference Services with the coordination of all campus-wide events. This person will coordinate all set up and AV/technical needs for all events on campus, including those taking place in the Ministry & Performing Arts Center or MPAC.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the sports information director is to promote and provide the publicity for
all aspects of the 17 NCCAA athletic programs at Ohio Christian University. This is primarily

home events, game management, scorer's table, home stats, live streaming, and audio/visual at
all home athletic events.

Administration Duties:
• Coordinate game and cumulative statistics while filing on a weekly basis appropriate
required reports and Athlete of the Week nominations to NCCAA. All statistics are
computerized with live in-game stats provided for soccer, volleyball, basketball, and
baseball/softball.
• Oversee production and editing of game programs and schedule cards for all sports.
• Oversee all team and individual photo sessions as well as maintain digital photo
archives. SID office has a digital camera to use for basic photos, recruit signings, etc.
• Maintain the sports information website. The site treats all sports equally with
schedules, rosters, photos, game recaps, statistics, coaches bios, athlete bios (220+),
etc.
• Oversee publicity on social media which includes OCU's sports information text
message service (SMS), Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Oversee ongoing historical research for all sports.
• Primary contact person for Ohio Christian University area media as well as hometown
media for all Trailblazer varsity teams and student-athletes.
• Contact person for providing information of all video streamed events.
• Oversee select staffing for all home athletic contests including, but not limited to, public
address announcers for athletic teams where appropriate and statisticians.
• Communicate with and host visiting radio, TV broadcasts, public address announcers,
