Part-time Mobile Health Unit (MHU) drivers are temporary, non-benefited, and non-unit. Drivers will act as customer service representatives and drive the University's MHU to area schools as part of an initiative to support health care efforts in these areas. Drivers do not need any experience with mobile health units and full training is provided. In addition to driving the MHU, if desired, employees may be cross trained to drive university shuttles to expand the availability of work and to provide continuity for the position. This position follows the K-12 academic calendar, with the option for additional summer work if desired. Shifts are typically 4-6 hours in length and occur during regular school hours, with slight variations in scheduling. The Clinical Law Programs feature a fully functioning legal services office embedded in the Law School that spans 14 different practice areas and enrolls approximately 140 students per year. The Program Manager plays a central role in managing the day-to day operations and logistics of the Clinics and Externship Programs and ensures the delivery of high-quality legal education and client services. The Program Manager also supports the Externship Program, servicing hundreds of students working for credit. The Program Manager supervises a small team of administrative staff and collaborates with faculty, students, University departments, and external parties. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards as well as other DoD, State, and University compliance requirements. This position also serves as the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for the Submillimeter-Wave Technology Laboratory (STL), a prime contractor in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Essential Job Duties: 1. Management, documentation, and monitoring of an accredited Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Information System in accordance with templates from NIST 800-53 and the current DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM). The candidate will ensure the DoD Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) is updated as needed to ensure that eMASS documentation reflects the current state of a single Multi-User Stand Alone (MUSA) system as quarterly updates to DoD security guidance mandates. The candidate will be the designated Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) of-record and will prep and oversee the annual Information System DCSA onsite inspections. 2. DFARS and CMMC compliance management of an existing 100 node internet-isolated, on-premises LAN and data center, running hardened Cisco and Windows architectures. Inventory, management, and oversite of several onsite National Security Agency (NSA) Cryptographic Communications Security (COMSEC) cryptographic assets. The candidate will act as the primary of two COMSEC Administrators of-record with the NSA COMSEC Central Office of Record. 3. Tracking and documentation of STL's university and government owned equipment as required per FAR 52-245. This requires interfacing with DoD contacts, STL's DoD sponsor, and university contacts to ensure compliance and timely completion of annual asset audits and associated reports. 4. The position works to manage, maintain, document, and constantly improve STL's perimeter security posture and related documentation in close collaboration with STL's Facility Security Officer (FSO) and STL's Director. 5. The Compliance Specialist also maintains, manages, and documents STL's swipe-card system that allows access to STL, as well as STL's alarm and any other facility access-monitoring systems. The Compliance Specialist provides biweekly reporting of denied access swipes to STL's FSO. The Compliance Specialist also investigates weekly university network security reports and provides a monthly network summary report to STL's Facility Security Officer (FSO). Assist STL's FSO with visit requests and reporting requirements on government websites (NBIS & DISS). Promote the University's commitment to customer service by: • Build effective partnerships with co-workers throughout the University by freely sharing appropriate information and providing assistance when needed. • Ensuring optimum service to all internal and external partners in response to all requests for service and information. • Maintaining an environment that is welcoming to persons of all backgrounds, nationalities, and roles. Coursework will include project conception, design, implementation, and pilot testing of mobile phone software applications, using health applications as the target domain. Computer Systems: This course will cover all the basics of operating systems: program loading, context switching, threads and synchronization, virtual memory, and block devices and file systems. The course will also cover more advanced topics, such as operating system security and virtualization. This course will be project centric, with students building significant components of an operating system from scratch. Cloud Computing: This practical course covers fundamentals of cloud computing, including virtualization and containers, distributed file systems and object stores, infrastructure-as-a-service platforms, open-source cloud platforms, key big data platforms, and topics in data center scale systems.     About the Opportunity The Associate Head Strength Coach delivers strength and conditioning services to all NCAA Division-I intercollegiate athletes at Northeastern University who compete in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) and Hockey East. The Associate Head Strength Coach is expected to handle weight room scheduling, club sports training coordination, as well the graduate assistant and intern coach programs. Serves as a senior staff member for return to performance committee and is expected to provide guidance on all training plans of rehabbing athletes. Support and mentor the assistant strength coaches on staff. Provide performance interventions to athletes as assigned and demonstrate proficiency with all scientific methods outlined by the department. This position will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors for weight room upgrades and maintenance. Work in a collaborative model and may be responsible for implementing training programs with teams/athletes not directly assigned to them. Collaborate and communicate with coaches, team physicians, sports medicine fellows, athletic training students, physical therapy residents, and other clinical students associated with Sports Performance and UHCS. Coordinate any special projects assigned by the Head Strength Coach. Coordinate scheduling and communication for club strength and conditioning services. Oversee coaches implementing programming for club strength & conditioning services. Communicate as a senior staff member with coaches, administrators, athletic training, and medicine staff, regarding injured athletes and athletes with acute & chronic performance limiters. This includes meeting weekly with our Senior Staff Care Team for “Athletes to Watch” to discuss training goals as well as individual interventions and action steps for these athletes. Communicate with referring physicians and other allied health professions regarding a student-athlete's condition to provide appropriate care and prescribed treatment, as well as liaison to access appropriate services to manage the medical needs of student-athletes. Maintain comprehensive, accurate conditioning records. This includes creating performance testing reports for sports performance staff, coaches, and athletes. In collaboration with the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Sports Medicine collect, analyze, and manage performance testing data. Seek timely and appropriate supervision and consultation Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and student development curriculum for graduate assistant and intern coaches along with clinical students from both Northeastern University and other visiting academic institutions.
