**About the Role**
The Client Success Director in the Client Success team has responsibility for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring that the delivery of services meet the scope of the individual contracts and do so in a manner consistent with PSI's world class service culture. - Work to renew client contracts and to expand usage of services.

We seek a Project Manager to support the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale literacy research initiatives.
