Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including collaborating to formulate RFP's, reviewing bid solicitations, and overseeing contracts through completion. Ensure vendors meet performance standards and compliance requirements, and review and approve all invoices for accuracy. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with state and local requirements, including monthly smoke detector testing, elevator testing & operating certificates, encroachment permitting, and environmental health regulations.
