Compensation for staff is not equitable with person's experience and skills, people are hired for jobs not based on their skills and experience but are hired based on who you know not what you know, staff are not treated with dignity and respect, nor are they valued, oppressive and toxic work environment, created by unqualified, supervisors, and managers at the Medical School who lack the skills and experience to perform basic skills of their job,

What do you like best about University of Michigan Health System's CEO and the leadership team?

CEO of Michigan Medicine seems genuine in his messages to staff and faculty.

How would you improve University of Michigan Health System's culture?

Actually treat people with dignity and respect as Michigan Medicine as it states in it's Core Values, treat people fairly and equitably, get rid of 40% of the staff who are simply coasting in their jobs and who are overpaid for the lack of contributions to Michigan medicine/medical school, make sure that investigations are done when staff are bullied and harassed and actions are taken to correct the issues.
