We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our patient-centered care team. Key Responsibilities: Provide independent medical support services on inpatient floors, collaborating with physicians and hospital staff to promote team-based care. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, demonstrating autonomy and expertise in diagnosing and treating health issues. Order and perform diagnostic procedures; monitor patient conditions, lab values, and diagnostic results to develop effective treatment goals. Collaborate with MDs on complex cases as outlined in the collaborative agreement. Serve as a resource for patients, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in your area of expertise. Obtain and document thorough histories and physical exams, effectively communicating relevant medical information to surgeons and physicians. Identify trends in patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing standards for structure, process, and outcomes.     Scheduled Hours 40 This position will be in clinic running their own patient schedule 4 days a week, with one day dedicated to complete administrative tasks. After a 6 month probation period, the admin day can be from home.
