Learn more about what we do at: ************************* **About the Role** The Client Success Director in the Client Success team has responsibility for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring that the delivery of services meet the scope of the individual contracts and do so in a manner consistent with PSI's world class service culture. This role is part of a team that is one of the primary points of contact for our clients and has responsibility for the retention and development our client relationships. The Client Success Manager is therefore an owner of relationships with clients and are their internal advocate. This role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday during typical office hours. There will be up to 20% travel required for events, meetings and workshops. Training is required for program participation and will be held on: Monday 1/26, Wednesday 1/28 Monday 2/2, Wednesday 2/4 & Thursday 2/5 All training days run 3:30pm-8:00pm. Program will run on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on 2/9/2026-5/6/2026. The children are present for program from 4:15pm to 6:15pm. Staff are required for this time with additional time commitments before and after scheduled program times (sometimes as early as 2:30pm and as late as 7:30pm). Program staff must have flexibility within these time frames. There may also be some remote work required to complete lesson plans on non-program days. Counselors must be able to commit to ALL days of training and program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work collaboratively with co-counselors to plan and implement classroom lesson utilizing the PATHS Curriculum for classroom of 6 assigned children. Includes managing behaviors, using behavior management and reward system to encourage development of positive social emotional habits and coping skills, as well as working collaboratively with program supervisor to support any crisis intervention events and to monitor any clinical concerns for program children. Participate in group and individual supervision meetings with direct supervisor to problem solve classroom management, behavioral and co-counseling challenges. Bus monitoring to support safe and efficient transportation of children to and from program, includes communicating with assistant program coordinator around transportation changes as well as Mt. Hope Family Center bus drivers to ensure adherence to bus rules and regulations (seat belt wearing, appropriate volume etc.) Group lesson planning and preparation-must meet one time per week face to face with co-counselors in order to plan weekly lessons and classroom structure including preparation of any activity materials needed Other duties as assigned. Job Description: The Customer Success Architect (CSA) plays a critical role in the customer's digital transformation journey. The CSA is a key member of HPE's account team and serves as a direct point of contact, understanding client business objectives, project priorities, and desired outcomes. Acts as primary advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs, objectives, and desired outcomes are understood and prioritized. Develop and maintain a Customer Success Plan for assigned accounts; outlining customer goals, desired outcomes, and timelines to ensure customers receive consistent experience throughout the customer's entire journey. Serve as a point of contact for customer issues, coordinating with various internal teams, including technical support, product management, and engineering, to ensure swift and effective resolution. Education and Experience Required: University or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. CCSM (Certified Customer Service Manager) - Level 3 or higher certification preferred. HPE GreenLake ATP certified preferred. Prior years of experience in customer success management, managing customer accounts, developing customer success plans, and achieving customer success objectives Experience in project/program management preferred. Experience in cloud operating models preferred. A natural relationship builder, capable of earning respect both inside and outside. Typically, 2-5 years of direct, related work experience. Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of the technology industry, including trends, market dynamics, emerging technologies, cloud computing and competitive landscape. A deep understanding of the company's products and services, including their features, capabilities, and how they address customer needs. Be able to communicate the value proposition effectively. Understanding of customer personas, industries served, market segments, and specific customer pain points and objectives. Understand industry-specific regulations and challenges that may impact customers. Experience in customer success methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
