Dr. Guda is a tenured Professor and the Chief Bioinformatics and Research Computing Officer at University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). He is also the founding Director of the Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Core at UNMC. Dr. Guda has interdisciplinary training background in molecular biology, computer science and computational biology, with over 20 years of experience in bioinformatics research. His main areas of research include the analysis of a variety of high throughput data from genomics-based experiments, developing novel computational biology tools and building databases and web applications. Dr. Guda has been the PI or Co-I of numerous research projects funded by NIH and other agencies since 2008. He has published over 75 peer-reviewed research articles that cover a wide range of topics related to bioinformatics, systems biology, microbiome or metagenomics and cancer genomics.

James "Jim" Linder (born 1954) is an American author, academic and businessperson, as well as an authority on university research commercialization. He serves as chief executive officer (CEO) of Nebraska Medicine, and most recently was president of the University Technology Development Corporation and chief strategist for the University of Nebraska system. He is also a professor of pathology and microbiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Bryan Baker is a Chief Resident at University of Nebraska Medical Center and is based in Omaha, Nebraska. He has worked as Chief Transitional Year Resident at Ball Memorial Hospital, Medical Student at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, and Anatomy Scholar at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. Bryan studied at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences between 2012 and 2017; BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY-HAWAII between 2009 and 2009; and Brigham Young University, Idaho between 2009 and 2012.
