I like the people. Working with operations staff is great and engaging with guests and vendors is overall rewarding.
Work/life balance is awful in my position at MOCA Jacksonville (cultural institute of the university). The pay is worse. There's also a major lack of communication between the directors and the rest of the staff.
Working downtown is nice.
