Develops and implements evidence-based treatment plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with legal, ethical, and university standards. Provides case consultation and serves as a clinical resource to colleagues managing complex cases. Delivers clinical supervision and mentorship to Level II counselors, trainees, and interns. Leads or co-facilitates case conferences, peer consultation groups, or in-service trainings to enhance clinical practice and promote staff development. Contributes to quality assurance, policy development, and program evaluation efforts within the Counseling Center. Assists with onboarding and training new staff members and serve as acting lead in the absence of the Director or Associate Director.
