The anticipated hiring salary is $85,000 - $95,000 and is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position.

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Civil Rights, the Deputy Administrator for Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation provides leadership and case management expertise to ensure institutional compliance with federal and state laws, as well as university policies, related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct.
The Deputy Administrator is responsible for managing intake, investigations, and resolution of complaints, as well as supporting campus education and prevention efforts. This role serves as a key resource in creating and maintaining a safe, equitable, and inclusive campus environment.
Remote Work Designation
This position offers flexibility in work location. While this university office is located in Fresno, CA, we also welcome applicants interested in working remotely. The incumbent will be required to perform all CSU-related work within the state of California. Qualified candidates will be subject to the requirements listed below, which are also subject to change based on business need.
Campus Presence Requirement: The incumbent will be expected to travel to campus a minimum of 4-8 times per year for essential functions, including but not limited to:

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of three years of experience investigating and resolving complaints related to protected class discrimination, harassment and retaliation, employee relations, student conduct or related.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (e.g., J.D., Master's) in a related field.
Strong knowledge of federal and state laws relating to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including but not limited to Title VII, Title VI, Title IX, VAWA, and Campus SaVE.
Experience in higher education, human resources, or student conduct.
Completion of investigator training programs for discrimination, harassment, human resources or student conduct cases.
Familiarity with case management systems and compliance reporting processes.
Sexual harassment investigation certifications.

Job Summary:
The Department of Neurology at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking to recruit a dynamic candidate to expand its clinical and/or basic science research programs within our Behavioral Section. The position is full time faculty, with the opportunity for academic promotion, which is determined on criteria of demonstrated excellence in the areas of education, research, clinical care, and community service. We are seeking individuals who are collaborative, communicative, caring, detail oriented, organized, proactive, able to think critically, focused on quality, dedicated to personal growth, and highly motivated.
The duties for this faculty position include teaching, research, clinical service, and administrative duties, leadership, and other roles. The overall distribution of such activities and allocation of responsibilities is determined by the Section Head based on section needs and faculty member skills, interests, appointments, and funding, amongst other appropriate considerations. Applicant must be willing to care for patients with a chronic, sometimes severe illness and be willing to perform procedures with training (including Lumbar punctures)
Specific responsibilities include providing subspecialty care to patients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and other neurodegenerative conditions. The section has numerous grants and contracts for clinical research alone and several members also collaborate on all studies a either principal investigator or co-investigator. The section's clinical research program represents a balance between contract studies and investigator-initiated studies including funding from NINDS, NMSS, and PCORI. Additional obligations include supervision of medical students, residents, fellows supervision of patient procedures, and teaching of the house-staff as well as students.
Teaching activities including attending neurology services, leading teaching conferences and training medical students, residents and fellows.
Research, scholarship, and educational activities derive from faculty member's specific interests related to the field of Behavioral Neurology. All faculty participate in academic endeavors, including the educational conferences, research and scholarly activities of the section and the department. The section and the department assist in developing individual, scholarly projects via access to and the assistance of the department's well-established research support infrastructure (centralized within the department), including 15-20 highly efficient research coordinators.
Administrative responsibilities will include data entry into hospital systems, development of critical pathways, committee work, and projects aimed at improving the section and department functions. It is assumed the bulk of this non-clinical time will be spent working toward the production of scholarship activities. Attendance at meetings and educational events of the department and sections programs is expected.
Other duties may be assigned as need arises.

Job Summary:
Research in the Evans lab is focused on cells that line airway passages and how they affect immune defense, inflammation, infection, and chronic lung diseases. We have a dynamic group dedicated to discovery studies for conditions that include asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, respiratory infections, and lung cancer.
The candidate hired for this position will be involved in studies of allergic asthma, and how cells produce proteins that block airways and lead to obstruction (wheezing in people with asthma). Projects will include using gene-edited mice to study genes involved in mucus production, how they affect asthma-like responses, and how cells that produce them could be targeted to develop new disease treatments. The candidate will also collaborate with others in the lab who study the diseases listed above.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate mice that will be used in studies.
Perform allergen exposures to produce asthma-like lung disease in mice.
Measure lung function and asthma-like disease in mice.
Obtain tissue specimens for histology, molecular analyses, and cell culture.
Use molecular probes and stains to label tissues and visualize these using microscopes.
Perform molecular analyses including PCR, RT-PCR, and immunoblotting.
Work Location:
Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO. Off-site work is allowed (with approval) on an as needed basis (e.g., work from home to analyze and write-up results or to perform analyses that only require computing).

Lecturers selected from this pool will teach Management classes in the CU Denver Business School. **What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be**
+ Work in collaboration with the CSF Technical Director on a four-show repertory season, as well as one original practices production with one performance, including scene shop operations, planning, build, load-in, repertory changeovers, and maintenance of scenery / props throughout the season.
+ Create scenic shop drawings with the guidance of the CSF Technical Director.
+ Consult with the CSF Technical Director on supervising build, installation, rigging, and strike of sets, safety training and oversight, and the maintenance of the shop and its equipment.
+ Direct and instruct production crew and interns on theatrical skills and standard processes.
+ Perform skilled carpentry work using a variety of materials related to the construction of theatrical scenery as needed.
+ Lead changeovers and run crew, and perform routine maintenance to shows running in rep.
+ Supervise strike and load-out at the completion of the season.
+ Monitor team safety, morale, and quality control and communicate regularly with the CSF Production Manager to strategize solutions and ensure that build operations are properly resourced.
+ These positions may require additional training-both onsite and online-to gain authorization to operate university vehicles (CMV certification).

This posting will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure-track positions for the 2025-2026 academic year will be made. The Lecturer(s) selected will teach in the Accounting discipline at the CU Denver Business School. Classes taught will be at either the undergraduate or graduate level and will generally be limited to three credit hours. Classes will be facilitated in varying modalities (in person, hybrid, remote or online).
Duties include delivery of tailored instruction to a variety of language and cultural backgrounds in accordance with prescribed curricular objectives and outcomes, preparing for each class ahead of time with balanced rigorous lesson plans, assessing student progress according to curricular objectives and outcomes, and adhering to program policies and procedures by reporting student offenses (plagiarism, cheating, absences, etc.).
