Clint Marshall is a proven and flexible leader who is equally comfortable developing corporate strategy, modeling business plans, or closing the monthly books. A team player with unique strength in stepping back from issues and creatively using technology to develop logical solutions, he has experience in companies from startups through $300 million, as diverse as high tech and consumer packaged goods, and in both service and manufacturing companies. After 18 years in advancing positions at two different companies, Clint left the corporate world in 1998 to focus his time on the smaller companies that he especially enjoys. \'I'm excited by the rapid pace and the opportunity to wear many hats that you find in small, entrepreneurial businesses. I like solving problems and being able to implement the changes quickly,\' says Marshall. His recent assignments have included interim and long-term roles at numerous startups and other fast-growing businesses around northern New England; \'reconstructive\' accounting is becoming a specialty and has played a prominent role in several recent assignments.
