Job Duties Job Duty Strategic Leadership & Supervision * Provide leadership to the FL-LLC Program, ensuring alignment with institutional goals for retention, engagement, and academic success. * Supervise and evaluate professional staff, including program coordinators and administrative support personnel. Serve as administrative supervisor for Program Leads, with dotted-line coordination of Faculty Directors. * Facilitate performance planning and evaluation (EPMS) processes and promote a culture of excellence and accountability. * Oversee communication and coordination among LLC stakeholders, and lead regular leadership meetings to advance program goals. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Administrative and Operational Oversight * Manage daily operations of the FL-LLC program, including procurement, human resources, student hiring, in coordination with Shared Services * Manage housing assignments assignments to work in conjunction with assignments regarding LLC assignments. * Lead faculty recruitment efforts for any LLC Faculty Associate Program. * Coordinate linked coursework, attributes, and program logistics in collaboration with campus partners. * Maintain and update the FL-LLC Microsoft Teams platform to ensure effective communication. * Support key recruitment and engagement events, including Orientation, Admitted Student Days, and Fall Visitation. * Arrange and facilitate strategic leadership meetings with Program Leads to align operational priorities, foster collaboration, and ensure cohesive execution of the FL-LLC vision and initiatives.
