UTHealth Houston's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Scinces' Nurturing Resilience initiative is hiring a Research Assistant I to support the implementation of a new research project evaluating the acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility of evidence-based interventions for trauma within pediatric primary care settings. This project will be conducted across three UTHSC pediatric primary care clinics and involves qualitative interviews, stakeholder engagement, and a stepped-care intervention model. The Research Assistant I will play a critical role in coordinating participant recruitment, scheduling and conducting semi-structured interviews, managing consent and data collection processes, maintaining study documentation, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory protocols. The RA will also assist with data entry and management in REDCap, transcription and coding of qualitative interviews, and coordination of stakeholder meetings and follow-up assessments.
