Responsibilities Provide critical care to trauma patients. Manage ventilated patients and administer blood products as needed. Conduct ICP monitoring and interpret dysrhythmias. Maintain and start IVs while providing central line care and management. Assist with the management of CPAP and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Trauma ICU environment. Must possess certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; PALS and TNCC preferred.
