The selected candidate will join a busy and collegial academic program. The position requires clinical focus within well-established medical homes. These Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMHs) have also been through a workforce transformation and are practicing and teaching population health management. The position is located at Family Medicine- Milton, which is the residency site for the UVM Family Medicine Residency. Teaching experience is required, and residency core faculty or residency leadership experience is recommended. This position will include .20 non-clinical FTE for a core faculty position within the UVM MC Family Medicine Residency Program. Associated job duties as a residency core faculty will include curricular development, resident assessment and advising, resident recruitment, participation in associated residency committees (CCC, PEC, etc.) and curricular oversight in areas of content expertise.
