Great people, an overwhelming amount of resources, and excellent benefits. Pay is about average, but the time and flexibility are offsets that are highly valued.
The Seattle Campus is in the heart of the city and commuting to work is the biggest downfall, parking is also expensive.
Casual attire and free subsidized public transportation, as well as company matched 7.5% retirement.
Leadership teams are great at providing support. They have open channels for engagement and opinions are heard.
I think some additional structure to new employee onboarding would be beneficial and internal opportunities for growth and pay increases wouldn't hurt considering the average pay for some positions are lower than their private counterparts.
Be yourself! Be honest and let your good work speak for itself. Ask what your skills can do for the institutional goals at the role you're applying to.
Was working from home during COVID.
Very stressful job, people bully one another, too much drama.
Benefits
Great benefits package and extremely flexible accommodations to working hours and hybrid/remote access.
Salary tends to be slightly lower than other similar positions, but the retirement matching and benefits are a fair trade off.
The autonomy of working without direct leadership as a professional on self-prioritizes projects.
Flexibility during academic year (as a part time student)
Minimum wage pay and no opportunity to grow.
Can work from home whenever I want.
They provide a generous benefits package. They also match employer retirement funds.
