Perform and record preventive maintenance of equipment through periodic performance checks and measurements.
Diagnose and implement repairs both in shop and critical care settings including operating rooms, trauma units, emergency rooms, and various other patient care areas in a timely manner to minimize down time.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on assigned medical equipment and update the department database of this record of service, completely and promptly

Key Job Responsibilities:
Administration of the Universities of Wisconsin 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program
· Manages the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program, which includes managing and leading all Request for Proposal initiatives and monitoring vendor compliance with the Service Level Agreements.
· Serves as a subject matter expert to Office of Trust Funds, Universities of Wisconsin Human Resources and benefits professionals, UW Service Operations, and Universities of Wisconsin employees regarding complex retirement program information, policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Assess, research, interpret, and resolves complex benefits issues in accordance with federal, State of Wisconsin, and UWs contracts, policies, regulations, and laws.
· Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of two full-time equivalent (FTE) employees.
· Develops, implements, and evaluates operational work plans to align with strategic initiatives and unit objectives, identifies opportunities for improvement, and makes recommendations to leadership.
· Serves as a unit liaison to internal and external stakeholders providing organizational information and representing the interests of the unit.
Education and Outreach

Evaluate and recommend subscriptions to professional journals, list serves and professional organizations that will enhance program administration and professional development.
Department:
The mission of the Office of Trust Funds is to provide the Board of Regents with the support, information, and analyses they require to fulfill their oversight responsibilities as fiduciaries and trustees for UW System Trust Fund assets and for the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP). In addition, Trust Funds seeks to provide exceptional products and services to our internal and external customers, primarily Trust Funds account holders and donors. Trust Funds products and services include investment vehicles, investment counseling, transaction processing, recordkeeping, and the dissemination of useful information and data.
Trust Funds also works with the Board of Regents, Vice President for Finance, and the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program Advisory Committee (SRPAC) to provide efficient and high-quality record-keeping services and investment options to participants in the UW System 403(b) SRP.
Compensation:
The UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP) Administrator (job profile: Benefits Manager (Inst)) is a full-time, salaried (exempt), academic staff position. Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary within a range of $86,100 - $101,100. commensurate with the candidate's education, related experience, and qualifications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in retirement plan administration or benefits management.
Working knowledge of 403(b), 401(k), or 457 plan compliance, contributions, distributions, loans, and recordkeeping processes.
Experience coordinating with third-party administrators (TPAs), vendors, and payroll systems
Experience in supervising staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, assigning and monitoring work, and providing performance feedback.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Advanced interpersonal skills including advanced oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Five (5) years of direct experience administering 403(b) or other defined contribution retirement plans in a large, complex organization.
Relevant certifications, such as CEBS, RPA (Retirement Plans Associate), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), or similar.
Experience with vendor management, investment options, plan design and compliance issues, and correction procedures (e.g., VCP, EPCRS, SCP).
Experience serving on or working with a board, such as nonprofit or community boards.
Experience in higher education.
Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations and policies.
Work Location:
The office location is located at 780 Regent Street, Madison, WI. An in-office requirement is expected three (3) days per week and two days may be worked off-site/remote. Telecommuting agreements are subject to change at any time.

Job Details:
The International Admissions Counselor is a 12-month, full-time position that reports to the Director of the Center for Global Education and works closely with the Office of Admissions. The individual will work as a team member in a fast-paced workplace focused on customer service and growth in both the quality and quantity of students.
The International Admissions Counselor is responsible for international student recruitment and will represent UW-Whitewater to potential students, families, agents, consortiums, sponsoring organizations, and other entities both abroad and domestically. Primarily campus-based, the Counselor may occasionally be asked to represent the University regionally or nationally at recruitment fairs and similar. The International Admissions Counselor processes complete international applications for international undergraduate, graduate, transfer, and exchange students, utilizing University guidelines to make fair and consistent admission and scholarship decisions. The Counselor maintains knowledge of non-U.S. academic systems and evaluates foreign academic credentials, determines corresponding grade point averages, and awards transfer credit.
The Counselor serves as the primary contact for prospective international students, high school counselors, and recruitment partners, interpreting and explaining UW-Whitewater's admission policies and requirements, corresponding with such parties to ensure applications are completed in a timely manner, issuing initial Form I-20s/DS-2019s, and utilizing Terra Dotta ISSS software for processing and providing documents to students. 10. Evaluate transfer credits for accredited coursework through the application process. Complete the transfer credit evaluation and post to students' account. Request transcripts where appropriate.
11. Assist in the development of international student outreach materials and strategies for improving international enrollment.
12. Manage international student scholarships.

Prepares the student-athletes for competition through planning, scheduling, and conducting well-organized practices and contests.

Closely monitors academic, conduct and physical requirements for each student-athlete. In collaboration with the campus Athletic Director, completes and maintains records and statistics for accurate, mandatory reporting to the NJCAA and regional regulatory agencies.
In collaboration with the campus-level Athletic Director, prepares and manages the budget for a specific sport.
Assists in the development and implementation of meaningful professional development activities designed to enhance the skills of all Athletic Department personnel.

Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment, and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation. Includes electrical troubleshooting and repair such as lamps, switches, outlets, wiring, and preventive inspections.
Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections and monitors cleanliness. Ensures assigned UC facilities, dining halls, and bookstore meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Supervises and directs student work crews to support daily operations.

Complex Directors are an integral part of the Residence Life program for University Housing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Complex Directors oversee all management functions of a residence hall complex including supervision of staff (a graduate Assistant Complex Director, Resident Assistants, and clerical support), advising student leadership groups, facilities management, and crisis response. Complex Directors' primary goal is to work closely with an Assistant Director to create a living, learning community that fosters academic success, embraces pluralism and promotes personal growth in a department that values individual staff members' work/life balance, which is particularly critical for those in live-in positions.

Assume responsibility for the student conduct process within the hall(s). Meet with students, assign appropriate educational sanctions, and maintain accurate records associated with this process.
Manage the early alert for academic success retention efforts for your complex which includes using assessment data to implement programs and coordinate academic based interventions and referrals with at risk students identified.
Responsible for collaborating with the Learning Community office and managing any Residence Life learning community initiatives that may happen in the hall. Note: Not all residence halls have learning communities.
Coordinate the opening and closing procedures for the residence halls at the beginning and end of each semester and during holiday periods.
Maintain contact with custodians and maintenance personnel and work cooperatively with facilities staff to report damage, repairs, and replacements occurring within the halls.
