Communications/Liaison * Communicate regularly with CNR disciplines and Paper Science and Chemical Engineering Department on curriculum and instructional development to enhance teaching, learning and scholarship of CNR faculty and students. * Serve as a communications link between the CNR Dean, CNR undergraduate and graduate instructional faculty, staff and students. * Serve as a communications link between CNR Dean, CNR instructional faculty and staff and UWSP and UW-System efforts in academic affairs. * Serve on the CNR Dean's Council as the representative for CNR Academic Affairs. Personnel * Assist the CNR Dean in assuring that appropriate UWSP and CNR personnel policies are followed for CNR instructional faculty and staff, provide recommendations to the CNR Dean on retention, promotion and merit decisions. * Assist discipline coordinators and the Paper Science chair (when necessary) in facilitating supervision of all CNR instructional staff or, where appropriate, provide direct supervision of instructional staff. * Directly supervise the professional staff of the Student Success Center, Instructional Academic Staff, the CNR Instructional Specialist, and Directors of the CNR field stations. Budget and Fiscal * Provide programmatic, administrative, and financial oversight of all current CNR instructional programs. * Provide programmatic, administrative, and budget analyses of all new instructional programs being proposed for development within the CNR or linkage to the CNR. * Serve on the CNR budget team. * Oversee the CNR Summer Field Experience Budget. Department: The College of Natural Resources is one of the largest comprehensive natural resources undergraduate programs in North America. The Northern Aquaculture Demonstration Facility (NADF) housed in the College of Letters & Science at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point promotes public education and advances the discovery, dissemination and application of knowledge for sustainable aquaculture in a northern climate. It is a one-of-a-kind facility in the Midwest and joins only a handful in the U.S. The state-of-the-art, dynamic facility showcases new advances in aquaculture system technology such as sustainable land-based recirculating aquaculture, while also providing traditional aquaculture systems such as flow-through raceways and outdoor ponds for industry-based research.
Compensation:

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-years' experience with aquaculture related systems and processes, including Recirculating Aquaculture Systems and related equipment such as sand biofilters, floating bed biofiltration, drum filters, Hach monitoring equipment, and YSI monitoring equipment.
* An understanding of the culture of Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, lake trout, walleye, yellow perch, or other freshwater species.
* Skills in basic aquaculture facility and equipment maintenance such as small engine repair, net mending, carpentry, PVC piping, lawn care, power tool operation, tractor operation, etc.

Athletic Excellence
* Annually be ranked amongst the NCAA DIII Top 25
* Annually finish in the top half of the conference standings and qualify for post season competition.
* Maintain exemplary FAR oversight, a record of no violations of eligibility or other governance association rules, effective academic support programming, and a program that reflects gender equity and diversity as determined by bi-annual review.
Recruiting
* Create and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top level, Division III prospects including setting up campus visits, assisting student-athletes with the application process, and implementation of campus resources. Work in partnership with the offices of recruitment, admissions, and residence life.
Administration
* Lead the team to prepare and conduct of all team-related activities including skill instruction, sport strategy/game planning and coordination of schedule, competitive opportunities.
* Support administrative functions of the program such as budget, scheduling, travel arrangements in partnership with the administrative team.
* Support the development and retention of full time, part time and volunteer staff.
* Actively participate in division wide meetings and Head Coaches meetings.
* Assist with departmental needs and additional duties as requested by the Director of Athletics and Recreation.
Compliance
* As a staff member within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, you are responsible for knowledge of and compliance with National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletics Association (WIAC) regulations, both those general in nature and those which apply directly to the program.
* Strict adherence to all applicable governing policies, procedures, and regulations of the NCAA is required.
* Responsible for the development, safety and conduct of the team.
* Work in partnership with the Assistant AD for Compliance to ensure complete eligibility and progress toward degree requirements
* Maintain accurate roster management via the Front Rush software system.
* Complete all mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
* Minimum one (1) year football coaching experience on the collegiate level
* Demonstrated successful recruiting experience
* Ability to represent the University and all sport programs.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Written and oral communication skills
* Knowledge of computer applications for recruiting and video exchange and breakdown
* Great organizational skills
* Event planning and camp experience
* Fund raising experience
* Ability to work weekends & evenings and also to travel
