* Maintain an understanding and apply knowledge of National Correct Coding Initiatives (NCCI), Local Coverage Documents and National Coverage Documents (LCD/NCD) directives, Medically Unlikely Edits (MUEs), and Medicare Teaching Physician Guidelines, applying knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and institutional guidelines to select appropriate codes and modifiers.

Lecturers are hired on a per-course basis each semester, and teaching one semester does not guarantee being assigned the following semester. The teaching hours for a lecturer will vary with a teaching load ranging between 1-12 credits per semester.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of Master's degree in Geography or related field from an accredited college or university
Experience, interest, and commitment to undergraduate teaching
Preferred Qualifications:
Earned Doctorate in Geography
Previous teaching experience, with a demonstrated ability to teach introductory physical geography and upper-division GIS courses (with expertise in ArcGIS Pro)
Experience and/or interest in teaching online courses

● Plan, configure, and maintain digital media technology hardware and software in the CoBE Tech recording studio to ensure the environment properly supports the diverse needs of instructional projects
● Coordinate the operation of the recording studio with the leadership team, including software and hardware budgeting
● Assists with the design and development of engaging, effective media for learning experiences, which may be face-to-face, blended, and/or online
● Execute the end-to-end media production cycle, including recording, editing, quality assurance, and timely uploading for instructional and promotional use

The Department invites applications for a Master of Social Work (MSW) faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, with a start date of January 2027. This is a 9-month, full-time, position with an additional contract to teach an online summer course.
Responsibilities include collaboratively building and maintaining the School Social Work Pathway within the MSW program in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) requirements.
