Overview:
The Engineering is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. In the absence of the Director and/or Assistant, the engineer will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel for the Engineering department.

The Network Representative is responsible for the establishment of a Coordinated Provider List (CPL) to provide specialty care services to our patients within specific geographic regions. This individual will report to and work with the Network Director to develop the CPL and serve as the local relationship builder with those providers. This individual will use database systems to manage provider data and produce reports and analysis for the Center, Specialty, MED COE and HCT leaders to support improved medical costs and specialty care utilization. This individual will work closely with and consider feedback from those leaders as they develop the local CPLs. The Network Representative will also serve a key educational role for our PCPs. This individual will meet with the PCPs in their geographic regions in groups and also during 1:1 meetings to gain their feedback about the CPL while educating them about these providers while highlighting medical cost opportunities in their panel of patients.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Has direct accountability for total medical cost and quality of care external to ChenMed within the region.
Builds, refines, and manages a tiered network of coordinated external specialists and facilities to form a Coordinated Provider List (CPL) for those specialties outside of HCT and Specialty Care. Local relationship builder with all providers and payor partners in the CPL.
Identifies areas to improve provider service levels and quality. Leads a quarterly meeting National Specialty Directors and Network Director to review pattern, trends, and opportunities within the CPL.
Responsible for meeting with high volume community specialist at least monthly to give them feedback on their referring trends and practice patterns as it relates to part B & D.
Attends center meetings such as Transforming Care Meetings for to gain feedback about the CPL and educate PCPs about medical cost opportunities.
Meets with individual PCPs regularly (usually monthly or more frequently as needed to support business need) to gain feedback about the CPL and provide targeted education about medical cost opportunities (A/B/D).
Collaborates with Center Dyads to analyze, identify opportunities and support improvement initiatives within referrals including workflow, productivity, leakage and consult tracking.
Coordinates utilization of CPL with Care Coordinators and Referral Managers: develops plans to reduce referral leakage.
Maintains knowledge of medical trends, cost drivers and cost saving opportunities.
Support communication and collaboration with health plans at the city/area and regional level.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

In this role, you will:
Assure appropriate specimen accessioning and labeling.
Perform gross description and dissection of specimens received.
Maintain the integrity of the specimen and patient identification.
Describe gross anatomic features of routine, uncomplicated surgical specimens, ensuring that all lesions, marking and sutures are mentioned.
Reviews clinical information provided to determine what pathologic examination is pertinent.
Examines the gross specimen with knowledge of pathologic conditions that may be present and the questions that must be answered.
Dictate the finding in a clear, complete, sufficient manner.
Selects pertinent tissue samples for slide preparation, providing photographs and/or diagrams of specimen and dissection of specimen, prior to and/or after dissection, when requested and/or indicated.
Escalates non-routine, complicated surgical specimens to a Grossing Tech II or Pathologist Assistant, as needed.
Maintain general appearance of the laboratory.
Comply with all OSHA laboratory safety standards and regulations.
Routine handling of biohazardous and/or chemical hazardous material.
Participate in applicable safety training sessions. Know the location and contents of the safety policies and procedures and safety equipment.
Maintain compliance with company and department policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, client and/or company records and issues. Adhere to department schedule to meet workflow demands.

The Center Clinical Manager (CCM) is an active leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of back office center operations, which may include but is not limited to: clinical quality, compliance, human resources, patient experience and direct team member supervision. The incumbent in this role oversees the hiring, performance management, training and day-to-day functions of center team members, including but not limited to: Care Promoters (all levels), Pharmacy/Medication Technicians and X-ray Technicians. He/She collaborates with Center Leadership to design and implement clinical operation strategies that help the center meet/exceed organizational goals. The Center Clinical Manager demonstrates thorough knowledge and proficiency in healthcare data analytics, clinical protocols and leadership to ensure the center's successful operation.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members and staff.
In partnership with Center leadership, manages clinical operations to ensure organizational objectives relative to clinical performance metrics, growth strategy and membership goals are regularly met and/or exceeded.
Ensures proper back office staffing scheduling, approves staff payroll and PTO, plans for and manages staffing shortages.
Performs direct patient care duties as/when needed. Patient care may include all duties roles and responsibilities of a Care Promoter.
Uses data analytics and dashboards to assist with the development and execution of business strategies that increase revenue and quality ratings (HEDIS/STARS/Clinical Gaps) and support our core model.
Develops protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity. Collaborates with PCPs to coach and manage clinical staff performance; implements progressive improvement plans and disciplinary action when needed.
Manages medical equipment and supply inventory. Ensures availability and proper preventative maintenance of emergency equipment. Troubleshoots malfunctions, initiates service and repair requests and inspects new equipment.
Ensures key performance targets are met, including but not limited to: Key Performance Metrics (KPI) metrics, wait times, patient experience and staff engagement and turnover.
Leads high quality selection, hiring and on-going training and education for clinical staff and Pharmacy/Medication Technicians. Facilitates orientation and onboarding of new clinical team members ensuring they are fully trained in their duties including philosophy of care, patient flow and clinical competencies.
Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other governing agencies. Enforces clinical and quality standards and internal audit requirements of ChenMed.
Completes all required training to dispense medications from medication room.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
