The Graduate Assistant for the OCS Technology Team position supports the Technology Manager in Career Services with reporting and data processing. The position is a 12 month, 20 hour a week assistantship.
Specific Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain system interface scripts using Python and REST API. Systems include 12Twenty and Salesforce.
Manage data integrity, regularly conducting de-duplication and quality control reviews.
Design, implement, and maintain tables, views and queries in a SQL database.
Provide standard reports by exporting data from HireSmith; reporting on real-time recruiting volume, student activities, coaching volume, recruiting trends, employer profiles and history, etc.
Maintain, design and develop a Business Intelligence (BI) system using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Google Sheets / Google Apps script.
Fulfill reporting and data requests from HireSmith, including student engagement and recruiting patterns.
May assist in managing the work of multiple undergraduate students on projects for OCS.
Create reports and analysis on historical recruiting patterns and volume.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The assistant will also assist with measuring white blood cell differentials, ordering supplies, organizing and submitting data to repositories, and collecting samples from wild bats.
