The University of Maryland seeks an ABR certified radiologist for a faculty position as a Physician - Scientist at the University of Maryland Medical Center, University of Maryland School of Medicine, in Baltimore, Maryland. Applicant will be 50% clinical (modality of choice) and 50% protected time for research. Must come with grant funding or experience in obtaining grant funding.
Duties include all aspects of selected modality, as well as general radiology. The Department provides clinical services for eight Community Hospitals, the Baltimore VA and two private offices. State-of-the-art equipment is available at all sites linked by an enterprise-wide PACS system supported by voice recognition dictation.
