Service •Serve on the PA Program Admissions Committee, including reviewing applications, interviewing prospective students and participating in admissions decision-making. •Engage in departmental, school, and university-level committee work and service activities. •Participate in community outreach and service initiatives aligned with the mission of the program and university. •Assist in the coordination, execution, and documentation of regular programmatic self- assessments, including semester reviews and the annual department retreat. •Contribute to the development, evaluation, and revision of the program's mission, goals, objectives, and learning outcomes. •Collaborate in interprofessional education (IPE) initiatives with other health professions programs to promote team-based care and interdisciplinary learning experiences. •Scholarship/Research •Engage in scholarly activities, including research, grant writing, quality improvement initiatives, curriculum innovation, or educational scholarship. •Present scholarly work at local, regional, national, or international conferences. •Publish in peer-reviewed journals or other academic outlets. •Maintain professional licensure and national certification as appropriate to area of expertise. •Support student research initiatives and serve as a mentor for student scholarly projects.
