    Job Description SummaryOrganizational Statement: The Interdisciplinary Business Honors (IBH) Program is a two-year living-learning program that is a partnership between the Robert H. Smith School of Business and the University of Maryland's Honors College. Designed for exceptional students of all majors who wish to explore business connections across disciplines and think about the role of business in the world, IBH welcomed its first cohort in Fall 2022 and will welcome Cohort 4 in Fall 2025. The IBH Program Coordinator leads retention and engagement efforts for IBH students, including coordinating daily operations, planning extracurricular events, orientations, and student communications, advising students and student organizations, and providing support to the program staff and faculty as needed.
