Pros of working at Univision Holdings, Inc.
There is no pressure to excel at anything. Management is untrained and inexperienced. No one cares if you work or not. No one knows what anyone's job is. They've fired anyone who ever worked in the industry before. What's left is completely dysfunctional and provides freelance engineers an easy place to hang and browse the internet for 10 hours every day on overtime. I love it here.
Cons of working at Univision Holdings, Inc.
The salary is the lowest in the industry and they have no money to buy parts or tools. The company owes 12 billion and makes 3 a year. It's like working in a morgue with more senior people being fired or "bought out" every few weeks as corporate struggles to make interest payments.
Univision Holdings, Inc. Benefits
Less commute than going to New York where the real TV stations are. You don't need to learn English or have any job skills to work here. If you understand Spanish or are a family friend of the news director you're golden. It beats working for a living.
