This role provides essential support across multiple networks by managing assets, maintaining scheduling workflows, and ensuring accurate metadata and house-number tracking across all systems. The coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Programming and collaborate with internal operational teams. ABOUT YOU: The Programming Administration Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all assets within Title Registry, creating and managing House Number Grids in Rights Logic, and ensuring accuracy within Wide Orbit. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility, including being on call, working weekends or holidays when needed, and providing backup coverage for fellow coordinators during vacations or sick leave. YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities) Create and maintain original assets (OM) and episodic records for all platforms based on scheduling and distribution requirements. Create edit versions (EM) for linear scheduling. Review and validate timings to ensure alignment with planning grids, thematic requirements, and running time. Create, distribute, update, and archive Final Published Grids across all three coasts and for multiple networks. Generate Xytech Work Orders to support downstream operational workflows. Provide usage support for Programming Planning. Maintain and track usage (exhibition runs) by title. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly usage reports for Finance. Enter and update House Numbers in Wide Orbit logs. Create, maintain, and distribute programming schedules. Be available on call and provide support during weekends and holidays as needed. Provide coverage for other Programming Administration Coordinators during absences, including vacations and sick leave. YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications) Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across systems and documents. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines across several networks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
