TelevisaUnivision WLTV 23 is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our newsroom team. This role provides essential administrative, financial, and logistical support across supplier relations, budget management, production operations, and breaking news or special event coverage.
YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
• Manage the News Director's daily calendar, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the News Director and newsroom staff.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor relationships, including ordering supplies, catering, makeup inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries and payments.
• Process payroll (ADP) for non-exempt, freelance, and temporary employees, and manage expense reports (Concur).
• Reconcile budgets and financial reports, work closely with Finance to monitor newsroom budgets and control overtime, and liaise with Accounts Payable for invoice processing.
• Support production and newsroom operations, including logistics for breaking news, hurricane coverage, town halls, debates, and special events.
• Coordinate talent appearances, guest logistics (green rooms, IT requests), and station events in collaboration with Assignment and Operations Managers.
• Manage makeup department operations, including purchasing and maintaining inventory.
• Arrange catering and event logistics for station and community events.
• Maintain flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed, including weekends and breaking news coverage.

• Proven proficiency in budgeting, financial reconciliation, and Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience managing supplier and vendor relationships.

Director of Accounting
will be a key member of LATAM's accounting team and will have direct exposure in supporting the continued growth across Latin America. Working under the direction of the Regional Financial Controller, the
Director of Accounting
is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the monthly financial closings in accordance with US & local GAAP across all entities within the Spanish LatAm joint venture (SPL) (including US, Mexico, Colombia & Central America), as well as the non-JV central costs (including US, Brazil & Argentina). This role will also have oversight of the Brazil joint venture to ensure compliant reporting across the region.
This leadership role manages a team of 9 across Miami, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico & Argentina as well as oversight of centralized offshore accountants and 3rd party accounting service providers in local territories. Operating in a highly complex environment and managing the entire accounting function, including AP and AR, this role requires a qualified accountant with multi-jurisdiction and large corporation experience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership of day-to-day accounting processes, including but not limited to:
Leadership
Build relationships with key stakeholders - including Opco functional leads, local accounting teams, International Networks Group Controller, Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Accounting, Finance Operations and outsource partners in particular managing the relationship with the local tax & accounting service providers.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Degree in accounting with post-graduate accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) and Big 4 experience
Qualified accountant with at least 8 years of relevant accounting experience in US GAAP, including knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role is required (e.g. demonstrated change management & problem-solving skills)
Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish, both oral and written; Portuguese is a plus

will own the product-side data lifecycle for Universal+-from event taxonomy and instrumentation to validated, decision-grade datasets.
