YOUR DAY TO DAY * Serves as the day-to-day liaison between clients and sales for Digital/Social and some multiplatform entertainment integrations * Oversees all aspects of campaign execution across multiple platforms, but with a focus on social and digital * Responsible for cross-functional communication within the entertainment division's various properties & stakeholders to ensure timely execution of sales integration * Creates and maintains production book with all creative assets, timelines, and other key deliverables for client and production team reference * Identifies all project deliverables and holds internal and external stakeholders accountable for timely delivery of campaign elements * Interacts with multiple teams across the company, most importantly keeping constant and open communication with production, integration, and special events teams to ensure executions meet deadline * To execute and ensure all executions run seamlessly from pre- to post-production to air * Supervise and provide instruction to post-production or creative services teams * Responsible for scheduling integration or segments with sales and production/integration leads * Responsible for scheduling pre-production meetings with clients and internal teams prior to any production * Responsible for ensuring all campaign assets meet client and/or brand guidelines * Responsible for managing all campaign broadcast, digital and social assets * Responsible for mitigating potential risk factors, and remedying and providing alternate solutions for campaigns, as necessary * Successfully turn-around campaigns with limited notice * Anticipate and coordinate and lead meetings with client/agencies, production, and sales YOU HAVE * Minimum of 5 years agency and/or media marketing experience * Fluent in Spanish (read, write, and speak) * General production experience with emphasis on social and digital formats * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of social campaign execution experience * Working knowledge of social media platforms and formats, reporting tools, key metrics, and creative best practices preferred * Working knowledge of campaign measurement and research tools and best practices preferred * PMP or other project management certification preferred * Successful track record of managing multiple projects with the ability to deliver on time and within scope * Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project) * Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with high-level internal and external clients * Excellent team-player with an ability to motivate people, give clear direction * Extremely detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills * Creative mind with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach * Analytical skills to optimize campaign results & outcomes with recommendations for enhancement/innovations in the future * Working knowledge of campaign management platforms & other technologies - i.e. Avid, Photoshop, Salesforce, InMotion and Hive a plus * Ability to quickly and continuously adapt to and embrace new trends and technologies ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS * Must be willing to work from our home office location * Employment/education will be verified * Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis * Ability to travel 10% to attend client meetings and production efforts outside of home office location OUR BENEFITS TelevisaUnivision believes that a happy, well-balanced employee is what makes our culture thrive.
