I feel like my company genuinely supports me. I have a very generous vacation package, competitive salary, employer matched 401k, terrific insurance, access to multiple professional development programs, on site gym, on site credit union, and there is even a masseuse who provides $1/minute chair massages two days a week. I would say it is reasonably easy to be promoted as well.

Claims handling by nature can be stressful by nature no matter the industry. I feel that if I worked in a role at unum that was less directly involved in claims I would give a 5 star review.

Vacation time and tuition reimbursement

Ability to work remotely.

Executive centered; do not value employees.

That they allow employees to work from home. Some benefits are valuable such as the life insurance policy.
