If you live in Lowell, it is in the perfect location.
It is more like a sweatshop than a legitimate company. The man that hires you lies about your pay to get you to join, but once your first check comes, you end up getting a few dollars less than agreed on, but most of the employees don't speak well enough english so they won't fight for more pay. There is only air conditioning in the HR office and in the CEOs office. The rest of the building is an oven in the summer time.
I did not receive any perks or benefits during my employment.
Nothing.
Get a new CEO that actually appreciates their employees.
I walked in and asked for an application and the CEO hired me on the spot. I did not have an interview. The rest of the employees get hired by recommendations and half are paid under the table.
There is nothing to compare.
All employees are of asian descent. All leadership roles are Caucasian.
Leaving work to go home.
