Joseph P. Lacher, Jr. has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 2015. Mr. Lacher previously served in other senior executive roles in the insurance industry. From November 2009 to July 2011, Mr. Lacher was President of Allstate Protection, a unit of Allstate Corporation, where he led the company’s property and casualty offerings serving more than seventeen million American households. Prior to Allstate, Mr. Lacher spent eighteen years at The Travelers Companies, Inc., most recently serving as Executive Vice President - Personal Insurance from 2002 to 2009 and additionally as Executive Vice President - Select Accounts from 2006 to 2009.

Mitch Livingston has served as President & CEO of NJM Insurance Company since April 2018. Mr. Livingston joined NJM in 2006. His gained experiences and responsibilities within and outside the legal department over the next several years culminated in his promotion to Vice President and Corporate Counsel in 2011. In 2013, Mr. Livingston was named Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel, the same year he was elected to NJM's Board of Directors. In 2016, he was named Executive Vice President, prior to being promoted to Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel in 2017.

Evan G. Greenberg was elected as our Chairman of the Board in May 2007. We appointed Mr. Greenberg as our President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2004 and as our President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2003. In April 2002, Mr. Greenberg was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of ACE Overseas General. Mr. Greenberg joined the Company as Vice Chairman, ACE Limited, and Chief Executive Officer of ACE Tempest Re in November 2001. Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Greenberg was President and Chief Operating Officer of AIG, from 1997 until 2000. From 1975 until 1997, Mr. Greenberg held a variety of senior management positions at AIG, including President and Chief Executive Officer of AIU, AIG’s foreign general insurance organization. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Greenberg was a member of the Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company, where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Greenberg is Chair of the US-China Business Council, Vice Chair of the National Committee on United States-China Relations, Chairman Emeritus of the US-ASEAN Business Council, and serves on the board of the Council of the Americas. He serves on the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Southeast Asia Advisory Board and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Atlantic Council’s International Advisory Board. Mr. Greenberg is also an overseer of the International Rescue Committee.
