Also, you have went above and beyond in every aspect of the position and your supervisor or manager will write a negative review. Just to make you look unworthy of a raise.

In my industry compared to the average it is below the market.
The representation of diverse demographics has gotten only in lower level position not in upper management.
I personally enjoy helping others resolve problem whether it's a provider or customer via phone or email. Also, enjoy working as a team to collaborate and grow as group.
