About the role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a pivotal role in advancing our enterprise analytics platform and transforming the healthcare navigation experience. This role will serve as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor-driving architectural decisions, mentoring peers, and shaping how we integrate modern technologies, including LLMs (Large Language Models), into our analytics solutions.
Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility.
What you'll do (Essential Responsibilities)
Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex full stack features for our analytics platform.
Provide technical direction for integrating LLM-driven capabilities to enhance data interpretation and user interaction.
Establish and enforce engineering best practices around scalability, performance, and security.
Build and refine user interfaces in Vue.js, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and performant experiences.
Design and optimize back-end services in Node.js, Python, or similar, with strong API and integration patterns.
Architect and manage integrations with AWS QuickSight, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and other enterprise data sources.
Partner with product, design, and data teams to define the technical roadmap and deliver high-value features.
Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in and lead code reviews, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Explore, prototype, and implement AI/ML and LLM capabilities that unlock new insights and client value.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in full stack and AI technologies, bringing forward recommendations that shape product strategy.

What you'll bring (Qualifications)
Experience: 7+ years of professional full stack development experience, with demonstrated progression into senior or lead roles.
Expertise in Vue.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
Advanced proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization in Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
Deep knowledge of AWS services, including QuickSight, and familiarity with scalable cloud-native architectures.
Experience architecting and deploying secure, high-performance applications in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries.

Meet the Team:
As a Staff Cybersecurity Engineer on the Enterprise Product Security team, you will implement and operationalize security controls across cloud platforms and the software delivery lifecycle. You will partner closely with DevOps, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and InfoSec to secure cloud environments, AI services, and applications, and you will contribute as a subject-matter expert in internal technical reviews as needed. The role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, automation, and measurable risk reduction.
Where You Come In
Implement security architecture patterns and security improvements for GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Integrate security checks in CI/CD (e.g., IaC scanning, secrets detection, SAST, SCA, etc.), and configure cloud security guardrails (HashiCorp Sentinel, GCP Org Policies, etc.) to block non‑compliant changes.
Conduct security assessments on cloud workloads, applications, and DevOps stacks; document findings and drive remediation in collaboration with service owners.
Build scalable processes using ASPM/CSPM/SCA/SAST/DAST/IAST; correlate findings from Wiz, Apiiro, Snyk, Qualys; establish alerting, risk‑based prioritization, and remediation workflows.
Deploy and tune posture and threat monitoring for cloud infrastructure and applications; ensure logs, metrics, and traces support rapid investigation.
Implement defenses against prompt injection, data poisoning, model exfiltration, jailbreaks, sensitive information disclosure, etc.
Guide teams on safe GenAI adoption, aligning with InfoSec policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Support compliance and certification activities by providing evidence during audits and internal reviews.
Evaluate and recommend new security technologies; lead proofs‑of‑concept and production hardening, documenting standards and runbooks.
Participate in technical governance forums as a contributor, providing product security guidance and ensuring designs meet baseline controls.
What Makes You Successful
5+ years total experience in cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, or engineering; 3+ years hands‑on securing public cloud environments.
Demonstrated experience integrating security in DevOps (Terraform/IaC, GitOps, pipeline gates) and building guardrails/policy-as-code.
Understanding of AI model/data risks, prompt hardening, guardrails, and secure patterns; exposure to Vertex AI, Azure AI, Bedrock or demonstrable self‑driven learning.

Required Qualifications
Education: BS in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 4+ years previous experience in an industrial environment with a BS degree. (2 years minimum experience if advanced degrees).
Proficiency as an adept experimentalist with hands-on experience in the product and process development of polymeric materials and their characterization in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
Mathematically inclined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be observant and to think creatively. Demonstrated ability to design experiments and analyze data with the use of appropriate quality and statistical methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as be a strong team contributor. Ability to effectively work within a team and cross-functionally to expedite the completion of critical project tasks.
Requires understanding of product/process design and engineering. Experience should include process development/validation and/or transfer/verification, protocols, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle multiple project assignments of medium scope and complexity and able to prioritize and complete work with a sense of urgency on time.
Ability to lead directly and by influence, including strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
