Promote Strategic Problem-Solving: Encourage forward-looking thinking and agile execution to address regional challenges and capture new opportunities. What will you need? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role. Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-year product strategies that drive measurable business growth. Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance, including pricing, margin management, and lifecycle optimization. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably within plumbing, building products, or HVAC. You will have the opportunity to work hands on with our Sales Training team performing valuable work supporting key projects including a redesign and rebuild of our Blueprint for Sales Success program, radiant and heating development projects, and distributor engagement and tool training. During the summer you will connect with leaders throughout the company to learn more about Uponor's products and services and will participate in a variety of training sessions focused on preparation for your future careers. Areas of Focus Content development and maintenance on sales assets and digital learning modules. Support content development for radiant and heating initiatives. Ongoing development of distributor engagement content and tool training content. Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship Other duties as assigned. Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently. Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage.
