Maintain payroll records, deductions, and required reports in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage employee benefits, enrollment, COBRA, and leave records. Support accounting functions including reconciliations, audits, and financial documentation. Assist with purchasing, recordkeeping, and financial compliance tasks. Collaborate with HR and district leadership to support smooth operations. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required; additional training or experience in payroll, accounting, or school finance preferred.
