Pay , benifits ...h.r lady likes to do holiday things ...strawberry chocalate dipping for valentines
Supervisors don't really supervise ..they just kinda sit in their office and expect the work to be done .safety guy is a sort of tyrant that thinks he's a no it all and everyone below him is a pee on.hiring people that they know are wrong candidates and expect employees to train them .
Time off and vacation , tool allowance, advanced schooling .
Don't know much about the ceo , leadership team is questionable , people of atuthority that you think could make things happen , fail with their position ...future plans are all a big secret
Being more open about their direction and future plans ...having to hear rumors about future plans doesn't do anything for morale .
