BARBACK JOB DESCRIPTION
Barbacks are responsible for stocking the bar, coolers and storage areas with appropriate items as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of these areas. Assists the Bartender with side work, glass washing, bussing and restocking. Also assists with Busser, Food Runner and Barista duties as directed.

Preferred Qualifications
One to three years' experience as bartender, preferably prior experience as a supervisor.

Job Summary
Barbacks are the behind-the-scenes muscle that keeps the bar running smoothly. This role is responsible for maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting bartenders, and ensuring the bar is fully prepped to deliver high-level service during every shift.
Key Responsibilities
Stock bar with glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits, mixers, and other supplies.
