Ural Airlines was founded in 1943 as Sverdlovsk State Air Enterprises (Aeroflot). Absorbed into Aeroflot as Aeroflot, Uralsk Civil Aviation.
Sergey Skuratov started his career in 1970 as a co-pilot on AN-2 aircraft in the 2nd Sverdlovsk United Aviation Division.
Since 1975 he worked in Sverdlovsk United Aviation Division and has overcome all stages of the pilot"s career path on the aircraft AN-24, AN-26, IL-18, TU-154, IL-86.
In 1984, he was appointed as the head of the Flight safety inspection of the Ural Civil Aviation Authority.
