He is also a founder and the Chairman of Brazil Resources Inc., a gold exploration company listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange with projects in the gold districts of Brazil. Previously, Mr. Obara worked as a consultant to several private companies providing various services in the areas of corporate management, finance and administration. Additionally, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of various public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, where he was involved in the restructuring, organizing and management of these companies which were involved in the resource and technology sectors. Mr. Obara holds a degree in Building Technology, Land and Construction Economics from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
