As Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Urban Edge Properties, Ms. Li oversees all technology functions for the company and IT operations with a focus on customer service. Cecilia has more than 20 years of experience as a proven technology strategist and business transformation expert who leads organizational change. She has led many large, complex, and cross functional business processes and technology initiatives. 15 of those years have been in the real estate industry for private and public companies varying in asset type focus including residential, mixed use, high street retail, and commercial real estate. Part of her real estate experience also includes real estate brokerage. Ms. Li plays an active role in bettering the built environment and was the recipient of several awards in the industry including Realcomm’s best use of automation and MRI’s ambassador of the year for helping promote innovation. She serves as an Advisor for Realcomm and is a Chair for the Real Estate Technology Alliance (RETA). She also mentors people aspiring to be IT professionals and is a member of the Pace alumni mentorship program. Cecilia comes from a family of entrepreneurs of various industries which highly influences her business mindset and holds a BS Degree in Management of Information Systems from Pace University, New York.

Chris Weilminster is an Exec VP/COO at Urban Edge Properties and is based in Washington d.c. Metro Area. He has worked as Senior VP:Leasing at Federal Realty Invsmt Trust, Exec VP:Real Estate & Leasing at Federal Realty Invsmt Trust, and Leasing Associate at Federal Realty Invsmt Trust. Chris works or has worked as MEMBER at Urban Land Institute, Advisory Committee at Neediest Kids, and MEMBER at ICSC. He attended JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY and Syracuse University between 1984 and 1988.

Herb Eilberg is a Chief Investment Officer at Urban Edge Properties and is based in New York City, New York. He has experience at Soros Real Estate Partners and has worked as Real Estate Acquisitions at Perry Capital, Senior VP:Acquisitions at ACADIA REALTY TRUST, and Acquisitions at The Milestone Group. Herb studied at Brown University between 1995 and 1999.
