Responsibilities Manage all phases of airfield and landside civil design projects (scope, schedule, budget, and quality). Oversee design of runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, stormwater systems, and associated infrastructure. Serve as primary client point of contact for airports and partner firms. Lead and mentor engineering teams, including assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables. Develop proposals, manage subconsultants, and lead progress meetings. Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, and state regulations. Support business development efforts and proposal pursuits across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.
