Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work required.

Key Duties:

Position Summary:
The End User Services Analyst plays a critical role in providing comprehensive technical support to New York Proton Center employees and external users/partner physicians. This role encompasses the support of various productivity applications, including the Microsoft Office 365 suite, and all user-assigned equipment such as desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and phones. The Analyst is also responsible for analyzing and addressing alerts from Endpoint Protection systems and ensuring efficient resolution or escalation as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and resolve all incoming Incident and Service Request tickets in the Service Now application.
Respond promptly to on-site and off-site users requiring assistance with NYPC-provided technology.
Manage account administration tasks, including onboarding and offboarding employees, temporary staff and external employees.
Handle common support issues such as password resets, printer setups, phone/passcode resets, and wireless connectivity.

Working within our flagship health center- El Nuevo San Juan Health Center, we are seeking a Behavioral Health Manager who will manage the operations of our Adult and Children's Behavioral Health Unit. The Behavioral Health Manager position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment, oversee the department's daily operations and use clinical knowledge and judgement when engaging with patients. The BH Manager will provide direction and leadership to the program; help troubleshoot, problem solve, and strategize solutions around client engagement and challenging behaviors.
The BH Manager will also work closely with the El Nuevo San Juan Administration with the purpose of improving and understanding the overall operational functions of the site and continuing to improve the health and quality of life of our patients. Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Worker and NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Key Duties:
Responsible for the overall Behavioral Health Department-Adult/Child Services operations including registration, patient flow, discharge, appointments, and referrals. This includes both Adult Medicine and Walk- in Clinics.
Supervises the front office and support staff responsible for the following functions: receptionist, appointment scheduling and outreach efforts.
Provides professional development to front desk staff to strengthen and reinforce operational skills and patient satisfaction.
Assures appropriate departmental staffing and coverage at all times.
Works closely with the nursing department to oversee the functioning of the Medical Assistant(s) within the department; assures daily logs, prior authorizations and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
Performs and oversees payroll/timesheet approval functions for all Behavioral Health Associates.
Conducts on-boarding training and new departmental orientation for all new Behavioral Health providers/associates.
Facilitates and oversees the referral process of the new patients including the coordination of referring patients to higher level of care to Mental Health Clinics.
Responsible for day-to-day coordination and management of the Behavioral Health Department and its associates; monitors providers' template, scheduling and assures coverage of Behavioral Health providers and student Interns.
Collects statistical data regarding the practice volume and can offer explanations for increases or decreases in volume. Takes actions to increase volume under the supervision of the Department Head.
Manages human resources activities of the department in regard to recruiting and selection, hiring and termination, professional development, mentoring, counseling, and performance evaluations.
Provides individual, group and family therapy in accordance with patient's needs.
Works closely with Behavioral Health Managers and Supervisors to ensure clinical documentation is completed by all Social Workers in a timely matter and is in accordance with internal and external requirements and regulations; participates in ongoing quality improvement efforts and peer review.
Able to provide clinical supervision and/or clinical support in the event the Child/Adult supervisor is not available; this includes Crisis Intervention.
Serves as a liaison and works closely with other health center departments. In addition, collaborates with all directors, managers and/or supervisors located throughout the organization, especially in School Health and the Article 31 setting to assure consistency with Behavioral Health processes and clinical documentation.
Coordinates with the Social Service Dept. during crisis events to support the crisis response.
Works closely with the Director(s) to create needed infrastructure that continues to promote team-based care and fosters medical integration to ensure continuity of care amongst providers.
Executes tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the targets and goals.
Participates in departmental meetings and ENSJ coordinator/team meetings, daily huddles, and work in collaboration with Associate VP/Senior Administrator, Administrator of ENSJ Simpson and Administrator for Southern Boulevard Pavilion.
Organizes and/or participates in outreach activities that may include developing communications, training, and planning/promoting events.
Starting Compensation: Minimum: $100,000 annually; Maximum: $110,000 annually, negotiable and contingent on experience level and management expertise.

Position Summary:
The End User Services Analyst plays a critical role in providing comprehensive technical support to New York Proton Center employees and external users/partner physicians. This role encompasses the support of various productivity applications, including the Microsoft Office 365 suite, and all user-assigned equipment such as desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and phones. The Analyst is also responsible for analyzing and addressing alerts from Endpoint Protection systems and ensuring efficient resolution or escalation as needed.
Candidates should be familiar with ITIL foundational practices (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and resolve all incoming Incident and Service Request tickets in the Service Now application.
Respond promptly to on-site and off-site users requiring assistance with NYPC-provided technology.
Manage account administration tasks, including onboarding and offboarding employees, temporary staff and external employees.
Handle common support issues such as password resets, printer setups, phone/passcode resets, and wireless connectivity.
Assist and train users on common productivity tools and non-clinical applications, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Provide service and support for desktop and mobile computer systems, including troubleshooting and hardware/software configuration.
Manage hardware assets.

Key Duties:
Assist and Enroll individuals and families with Health Insurance enrollment through the New York State of Health Marketplace, Access NY, and Medicare programs.
Refer uninsured consumers to Navigators, CAC's or the CSS Helpline for enrollment or renewal assistance.
Help consumers apply or recertify for programs such as Medicaid (Non-MAGI), Extra Help, EPIC, and the Medicare Savings Program.
Support consumers unable to qualify for coverage, including undocumented individuals, by connecting them to free or low-cost care options (e.g., NYC Care, hospital financial assistance, FQHC's)
Educate consumers on insurance rights, plan benefits, cost-sharing, and prescription coverage, and assist in choosing, switching, or disenrolling from health plans.
Guide consumers through coverage issues, such as finding in-network providers, obtaining prior authorization, or understanding Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
Address social support needs (housing, food, legal, employment, mental health, substance abuse, etc) through appropriate referrals within or outside the organization.
Attend community events, health fairs, etc. and build community partnerships.
Meet requirements set by funding source and by the agency, including programmatic monthly & daily reports.
