Tony Spinelli has spent his entire 25+ year career devoted to advancing, developing, and pioneering cybersecurity and risk management capabilities through roles as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for some of the world’s most critical companies, board roles to US National Security interests, and as a current Board member of publicly traded corporations. Mr. Spinelli has been a major contributor to developing next generation cybersecurity capabilities throughout his career and is the recognized leader in methods to secure Public Cloud technology. His most recent focus is pioneering methods to drive deeper insights with human and artificial intelligence teaming, machine learning, and analytics in cybersecurity. Mr. Spinelli is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Fractal Industries, Inc. Mr. Spinelli is also a Member of the Board of Directors including Risk and Compensation Committees at Peapack Gladstone Bank. Prior to these roles, Mr. Spinelli was Senior Vice President, CISO of Information Security and Risk Management for Capital One where he focused on pioneering the development and engineering for the first financial institution to utilize the public cloud environment securely. He also led programs to develop cybersecurity analytics and operations, while engineering cybersecurity solutions to support the company’s Digital agenda. Prior to joining Capital One, he also served as CISO of Tyco International, Equifax, and First Data Corporation. Much of this success led to Mr. Spinelli being honored to be appointed in 2008 to the National Security Agency Advisory Board where he currently holds an active Top Secret security clearance. He also holds two patents in Data Loss Prevention and Network Security. Mr. Spinelli is a graduate of St. Louis University and he also received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, including residencies at Fudan University in Shanghai, China and Tanaka Business School in London, England.
