I didn't have ceos in the army, I had commanders. Some of my commanders were ok and some of my commanders were douchebags. Captain Sergio Trejo was ok. But colonel Bruce McVeigh was a real douchebag. 1sg Lynch was ok. CSM DelValle was a douchebag.
They all need to be less toxic
I didnt.
The compensation in the army reserve is fair compared to the industry average. You get paid less because you are doing less work. You don't work everyday like active duty.
I think that the organization needs more diversity in higher leadership roles...
Going home
Visiting great places and the experience
Racism
Great leaders when I had them
Nothing, very racist
Teach them more about diversity equity and inclusion
I normally know about the company/ organization and learn about the position I’m applying for.
The industry is better.
There is 1% and there is more qualified individuals.
Completing assignments and taking care of the organization
