I didn't have ceos in the army, I had commanders. Some of my commanders were ok and some of my commanders were douchebags. Captain Sergio Trejo was ok. But colonel Bruce McVeigh was a real douchebag. 1sg Lynch was ok. CSM DelValle was a douchebag.
They all need to be less toxic

The compensation in the army reserve is fair compared to the industry average. You get paid less because you are doing less work. You don't work everyday like active duty.
I think that the organization needs more diversity in higher leadership roles...
