Jeff Feeler is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of US Ecology, Inc. Jeff brings over 20 years of business experience serving in various executive level positions including US Ecology's Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Jeff worked with MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc., Albertson's, Inc., Hewlett-Packard and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BBA of Finance and BBA of Accounting from Boise State University. Jeff joined the Board of Directors in 2013 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2015.

Simon Bell is Executive Vice President of Operations for Environmental Services responsible for the operation of the company’s hazardous, non-hazardous and radioactive waste treatment, disposal facilities located throughout North America. Additionally, Bell is responsible for managing the company's recycling facilities and all transportation and logistics programs related to Environmental Services. Bell joined the Company in 2001 as Environmental/General Manager at its Grand View, Idaho facility prior to being appointed Vice President of Hazardous Waste Operations in December 2005 and Vice President of Operations in 2006 . Before joining the company, Bell served as Vice President and General Manager of a hazardous waste disposal facility in Colorado. Bell also served in a variety of technical and managerial roles in the mining industry in Alaska, Idaho, Nevada and South Dakota. He holds a B.S. in Geology from Colorado State University.

Beth Mickelson is an Executive Assistant III to the CEO, CFO and EVP of Regulatory Compliance & Safety at US ECOLOGY, INC. and is based in Livonia, Michigan. She has worked as Human Resources Assistant at US ECOLOGY, INC.; Environmental Health & Safety Executive Assistant at US ECOLOGY, INC.; and Legal Secretary at Belin Harris Law Firm. Beth attended FAITH BAPTIST BIBLE COLLEGE between 1988 and 1990.

Frank Russo is Vice President and Chief Information Officer responsible for the Company’s overall IT strategy and implementation. Frank joined US Ecology through the NRCG merger where he served as their Vice President of Global IT since 2014. During his time at NRCG, Frank led 12 acquisition integrations, a successful SPAC process which saw the Company go public on the NYSE and the eventual sale of NRCG to US Ecology. Frank has over 13 years of experience leading successful IT projects throughout various industries. Prior to joining US Ecology Frank spent 4 years at Weight Watchers as a Senior ERP Lead for their international online business unit and 4 years at Sleepy’s (now Mattress Firm) leading various IT projects for approximately 600 retail locations throughout the Northeast. Frank has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Joseph’s College and an MBA from Long Island University.
