Pros of working at US Ecology

Location. It is in close proximity to home, and I like the idea of having a shorter than usual commute.

Cons of working at US Ecology

There's not much that I don't like. The culture is great and the people are nice. My only issue is that I have reached the glass ceiling there.

US Ecology benefits

Medical Benefits. Costs are low and the benefits are great. It's pretty decent to work for a company that cares about your bottom line.
