SUMMARY
This position supports all facets of shipping and receiving in our secondary warehouse (Copper Building) including - safety, quality and efficiency. Tasks are to meet and support plant objectives and production requirements in a growing environment. Hours for this position are Sunday to Thursday 10:30 pm to 6:30 am.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Organize, train, direct and control the activities of all shipping employees to provide finished products to meet schedule, quality and cost requirements as directed.

Communication Skills:
Attend monthly QOS meetings with Manufacturing Manager.
Work with Plant Manager/Manufacturing Manager to schedule work to be done by maintenance crews on work days not scheduled for production.
Be responsible for all building maintenance. All work to be done by outside sources is to have the Plant Manager's approval to authorize the work to be done.
Perform electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic modifications on tools when required.

Performs conventional machining, spotting, timing, completion of details and assembly of molds.
