Supervise, plan, and direct the daily activities of the location's Customer Service Representatives and monitor and assess their individual performance against key performance indicators, ensuring timely, accurate responses to Account Executives or Managers and customers. Responsible for managing all aspects of the division's Customer Service Representatives' function in support of Sales, including achieving objectives and executing initiatives that ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction. Resolve escalated issues with orders, delivery dates, service, and/or any other concerns that may arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of the Customer Service team and function, as well as all supervisory responsibilities, including, but not limited to, staffing/hiring, performance management, training and development, employment actions, and other similar Human Resources' activities (e.g., dispute resolution, vacation approvals, approvals for paid, unpaid leave, merit increases, etc.).
Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of the Customer Service team and relevant service and systems. Develop and implement customer service procedures as necessary. Coordinate activities with other departments to meet customer needs.
Monitor call statistics (e.g., number of calls, both inbound and outbound, average call length, number of calls escalated, etc.) to assess Customer Service Representative performance against key performance indicators.
Coordinate required training for Customer Service Representatives.
Determine CSR schedules to ensure adequate coverage of all inbound/outbound customer and Account Executive calls throughout each business day.
Assist Customer Service Representatives in escalating inquiries to location functions as needed including operations, replenishment, pricing, and category management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent required

At least five (5) years of previous customer service experience required.
At least two (2) years of previous management experience required.
Food service/distribution experience preferred. Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills and problem-resolution abilities required.
Candidate should have a customer service orientation, with the ability to influence and persuade customers to purchase products.
Strong people management skills required.
Must also be able to process multiple issues simultaneously, driving them to successful resolution.

PURPOSE Performs all administrative duties required to convert engineering data into shop fabrication data to communicate to the production line what needs to be manufactured. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs all clerical tasks associated with releasing a job into the shop. This includes creating applicable cut lists, bunking lists, fabrication drawings and electronic files necessary to operate the shop floor and the computerized manufacturing equipment.
Creates job folders.
Generates the shop drawings.
Groups the shop drawings by work center.
Batches jobs and creates cutting reports.
Simultaneously creates the automated saw files and projection fabrication files.
Releases job to production team.
Updates scheduling status.
Edits work order in On-Line Software for shop labor totals.
Retrieves built information from shop after fabrication.
Closes production files.
Performs any other routine tasks associated with the production department.
Other duties as assigned.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment with in planned time tolerances to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet.
+ Perform FAI/CVI (Annual) inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state and local legal and regulatory agencies. + Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, refrigeration units (Reefer), lift-gates, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment.

+ Address all Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups timely, and efficiently.
+ Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications including but not limited to engines, transmissions and clutches, drive-line, differential, steering and suspension, fuel and ignition system, exhaust systems (including regeneration systems), intake systems, electrical systems, brake systems, HVAC systems and lift-gate hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Mentor, teach and share expertise with Fleet Technician I and II to aid in their development to positions of greater responsibility.
+ May perform moderate supervisory roles when Fleet Manager or Fleet Supervisors are not accessible.

PURPOSE Assists Driver in delivering customer orders; assists in loading and off-loading product; or drives pilot vehicle for oversize loads. May deliver customer orders using a company van or pickup truck under 10,000 GVW. Work is performed under the direction of department supervisor or manager. Does NOT require a Commercial Motor Vehicle license.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with loading and appropriately securing product onto or inside delivery vehicle using motorized or non-motorized material handling equipment.
Drives pilot vehicle for oversize loads, ensuring compliance with appropriate safety regulations.
Inspects and maintains delivery vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.
Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
