Job Summary * The Snow Truck Driver is responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal. This on-call position requires availability for shifts ranging from 6 to 12 hours, often scheduled overnight depending on the snow event. Extended hours may be required during major storm events. The snow removal season begins with the first snowfall. Duties and Responsibilities: * Operate a variety of snow removal equipment, including pow and box trucks, ATVs with plows, snow blowers, shovels, and e-pokes (salt spreaders), to ensure safe and efficient clearing of the designated areas. * Work with sidewalk crews to complete snow removal assignments safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Education and Experience: 3 years of commercial experience using a plow truck or salt truck. 3+ years of commercial snow experience using Skid-Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes. 18 years of age or older A valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions (CDL is NOT required) Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines.
